What is Flair

Flair™ is a patented bottle-in-bottle concept. With the use of air pressure through a simple compressor, applied by the end user, the liquid is dispensed through a nozzle. The system consists of 3 components:

The container

The heart of the Flair™ platform is the unique container developed by Afa. The container consists of two PET or PP pre-forms that are blown together to the required volume and design. Depending on the liquid configuration the pre-form connected to each other differently.

The nozzle

To dispense the liquid from the container a wide range of possible nozzle designs is available or can be developed. Driven by the application requirements almost any possible liquid format can be obtained when dispensing as air can be used to transform the liquid. The nozzle allows at all times a convenient and consistent dispensing operation for the user.

The powerpack

Rather than pressurizing the package on the filling lines, transporting and storing already pressurized goods, Flair-based products are pressurized by the user at the time of use, using natural air-pressure. For this, an external power source is required. It is a simple, electrically or manually operated compressor that automatically applies the pressure needed to dispense the product.
